Dr. Wang received the Commendation Merit Award of Structural Excellence from Hong Kong Institution of Engineers (HKIE). The winners are Dr. Bin Wang (The Hong Kong Polytechnic University), Prof. Songye Zhu (The Hong Kong Polytechnic University), Prof. You-lin Xu (The Hong Kong Polytechnic University), and Prof. Huanjun Jiang (Tongji University).
The Structural Excellence Award aims at promoting excellence in structural engineering through design and construction of buildings / infrastructures and research and application.
